Meet Our Team
Vicki Wren
President/Owner
Vicki Wren is the President/Owner as well as a project manager here at St. Andrews. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Vicki’s insight and dedication have become an integral part of the success that the management team displays.
At St. Andrews, Vicki has managed over $55 million in construction projects and her project management experience throughout the years provides her the ability to build relationships with governmental entities, contractors, and union representatives. Strong and transparent communication and building relationships with her clients are what makes Vicki a standout in the industry. She is dedicated to making sure that St. Andrews is seen as a quality driven contractor and that its success lies within the relationships built through communication, trust, and collaboration.
Vicki sits on the Rocky Mountain Chapter NECA Board of Directors (National Electrical Contractor Association) and is the Rocky Mountain Chapter representative for Electri International. As a NECA representative for St. Andrews, Vicki provides her input on issues related to legislative policy, labor relations, and industry outreach.
Vicki also sits on the Hispanic Contractors of Colorado (HCC) Board of Directors and is a member of the HCC Legislative Committee. Through these positions Vicki provides her insight and experience to assist HCC with their fundamental goals of providing small and minority businesses with opportunities through networking, partnerships, training and legislative policy.
Steve Wren
Vice President
Steve has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University, and holds certifications in NFPA 70 and NFPA 72, Construction Quality Control, OSHA 30 hour, first aid, and CPR. He recently received recognition for project management of a Data Center Project for MEP systems containing the newest and most advanced technology with various special systems and power requirements. Steve is consistently recognized in his field for proactively identifying potential pitfalls and preparing a plan to work around challenges and make a project successful. The entire process of winning a bid, developing a plan, and seeing it implemented in order to make a profitable and successful project continues to be a thrill for him, even after 2+ decades.
When Steve isn’t in the office, you can find him working on his own home improvement projects, camping, or appreciating family time.
Matt Levy
Project Manager
As a project manager of the St. Andrews team, Matt brings over 13 years of expertise in the construction industry. He is a dedicated worker, whose main goal is to ensure that our clients receive the highest-quality services that meet and exceed their expectations.
With a B.S. in Construction Management and a minor in Business from Roger Williams University, Matt brings new insight and ideas to the company. Along with multiple certifications in the Leadership Succession Program (LSP), Kiewit University Supervisory School/ KieCore Training, facilitator on early career management as well as a certificate in Hard Dollar, just to name a few.
While not at work Matt enjoys all outdoor actives, especially skiing in our beautiful Colorado mountains. When not on the slopes, Matt loves sharing his time doing philanthropy work with organizations like Everyday Warrior, Toys for Tots, Dolls for Daughters and working with our local food pantries.
Casey Snow
Chief Estimator
As the head estimator, Casey oversees all of the analysis of blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects and services at St. Andrews Construction for past 9 years. He has been in the electrical trade for over 18 years and has several years of various construction management experiences prior to that.
Casey has an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Technology and Drafting and has completed the IBEW apprentice training, journeyman certification, is OSHA 30 hour trained, and has received certification in both NECA (National Electrical Contractors Association) and Accubid Estimating training. Casey’s biggest asset to the management team is attention to detail which has enabled him to successfully bid on, and win, over $20 million in contracts.
When Casey isn’t putting in time at the office he’s spending it with his wife and two children, or up in the mountains skiing, snowboarding, hiking, hunting and rock climbing.
Aimee Wren
Project Coordinator / Technology Manager
Aimee has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science as well as a B.A. in Environmental Science, graduating Cum Laude from the University of Northern Colorado. She supplemented her education at the Universidad Del Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and now possesses a certificate in Spanish Language and Literature. Aimee enjoys building her portfolio with trainings such as the National Electrical Contractors Association Leadership Training, human resources and employment law, and various courses focused on advancing women in today’s business climate.
During her down time Aimee enjoys climbing Colorado’s stunning mountain peaks exceeding 14,000 feet (fourteeners), so far she has climbed 52 of the 58 peaks in Colorado. When not climbing mountains peaks, Aimee enjoys lending her time to the Denver CASA organization, which advocates for the best interest of abused and neglected children in the Denver Juvenile Court system.
Dustin Azulay
Project Coordinator
Finishing his DJEATC apprenticeship, Dustin received multiple certifications in NECA (Level 1 and Level 2) and Accubid Software.
During his downtime Dustin enjoys welding, woodworking and baking bread.
Ryan Burham
Project Estimator
Ryan is currently a Project Estimator at St. Andrews Construction and has successfully bid on several million-dollar projects. He has become a growing asset to the St. Andrews team for the past 5 years.
Being a true Coloradan, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family in the beautiful outdoors. He enjoys camping, hiking, dirt biking, bicycling and traveling to new areas.
Brad Blickenstaff
Project Coordinator
Joshua Adachi
Project/Safety Coordinator
Joshua is a Project and Safety Coordinator at St. Andrews. He is a second-generation electrician with over 15 years of experience in the electrical industry in both Colorado and California.
Josh provides expertise through his years in building and designing major projects such as 5,000 sq ft custom homes in Northern Colorado and multiple fisheries on Pier 45 in San Francisco. He continues to hold his Colorado state electrical license and is always looking to expand his knowledge and education within the electrical field. Josh provides St. Andrews with a safety minded approach to all projects and leads the field in ensuring that everyone working on St. Andrews projects go home safely.
Away from work Josh enjoys baseball, hunting and remodeling houses with his wife and kids.
