Project Description:
This design-build project is to provide construction documents, demolition and construction to consolidate the Bureau of Reclamation that occupied four floors to approximately 38,000 sqft on two floors. Interior tenant improvements include architectural elements, new walls, ceilings, floorings, millwork, asbestos abatement, plumbing, HVAC, elevator card reader system, electrical and fire suppression. Four other agencies and a vending area would be relocated to accomplish the consolidation along with tenant improvements for each. Within the scope of the project options for 8th floor restroom renovation along with elevator lobby remodel were included.
