David Skaggs – Garden Level Lab Build-Out

Project Description:

This project was the conversion of a 2,800 square foot open, unfinished space into three laboratories and one tool shop for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in the David Skaggs Research Center in Boulder, Colorado.  All new laboratory casework and work benches were provided, along with special utilities required to meet the specific needs of each of the laboratories.  This project also provided architectural finishes to the unfinished corridors surrounding the laboratories.  The project included installation of new laboratory grade ductwork and plumbing, as well as, tie-ins to the existing mechanical equipment plants and control systems so as to ensure no disruption to building activities.
