Project Description:
Demolition of interior space and build back for finished library space serving the National Institute of Standards and Technology campus. Interior finished included metal stud walls and soffits with drywall finishes and combination of acoustical and drywall ceilings, VCT and colored concrete flooring, electrical distribution panels with branch circuiting for lighting and receptacles, special systems for fire alarm and speaker system, mechanical for heating and cooling as well as plumbing for a bathroom and mini kitchen. Exterior elements included removal and installation of new foam roofing and removal and installation of new energy savings windows.
