Project Description:
Project was located within Denver University. This project involved replacing all of the baseboard heaters in each dormitory room in Johnson & McFarlane Hall. Each baseboard heater needed a custom made metal cover to fit the design of the room. St. Andrews assisted with the design, engineering and performed the general construction for the installation of the new metal fabrication. Elements included removal of school property to secure and safe location, protection of new carpet in hallways, painting, fire proofing, electrical and control connections. The project required a high level of coordination with the client to insure project could be completed on time before students returned from summer break.
