The primary objective of this project is to provide construction documents, demolition, and interior tenant improvement construction to consolidate 4 floors totaling 51,000 square feet to 2 floors totaling 38,668 feet for the new BOR space on the 8th and 7th floors. As the design build prime contractor St. Andrews was responsible for the entire tenant improvement build out included demolition of existing space, asbestos abatement, elevator interior upgrades, new frame, drywall, paint, flooring, cabinetry, new plumbing, electrical and fire alarm systems including fire suppression.
